Who can access our program
- Our program is open to anyone in Canada who is legally permitted to work.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Must have English language proficiency with speaking, reading and writing skills – at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 4 English language skills or higher.
