COVID-19 Rapid Response Collaborative

If you are in Edmonton and need support, call 1-833-738-7727

If you or someone you know has tested positive for COVID-19 and you need information and support in your home language, please contact (toll free) the multilingual emergency response centre at 1-833-738-7727. An outreach worker will support you answer your questions and provide referrals in the following languages:

In response to the ongoing pandemic, the new Edmonton COVID -19 Rapid Response Collaborative (ECRRC) has created a rapid response Indigenous Peoples, immigrants, those living with disability and other vulnerable communities help with ongoing COVID-19 related needs. Outreach workers provide support in 30+ languages with referrals to more than 12 agencies.

Support for this initiative comes from the City of Edmonton, Province of Alberta and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Catholic Social Services is pleased to announce our participation in the Edmonton COVID -19 Rapid Response Collaborative (ECRRC). ECRRC believes a strong community is created through building relationships. As a group, we hope to welcome everyone in Edmonton and support them through our group’s collective free services. The collaborative created a unique community model for inclusion of all individuals from various populations groups including Indigenous, newcomers and refugees, people with disability ethno-cultural and other vulnerable communities in Edmonton to benefit with dignity and respect.  This project is supported by multiple community based organizations, social service agencies, the Government of Alberta, the City of Edmonton and in kind support from Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
