ASSIST offers language instruction designed specifically for newcomers who are not yet Canadian citizens.

Our LINC CLB stream classes emphasize both language development and essential settlement skills. Our Literacy Stream classes teach listening and speaking skills with an emphasis in reading and writing. We provide full-time courses for CLB 1 through CLB 4, including a dedicated Full-time Literacy stream classes from Foundation to CLB 4L.

For those seeking flexible learning options, part-time classes are available for CLB 2 to CLB 4 during morning, afternoon, Saturday, or evening sessions. Students can choose from five delivery formats—Online, In-person, Blended, Hybrid, and HyFlex/Hybrid. Additionally, we offer Pre-LINC classes for CLB 1/CLB 2 and CLB 3/CLB 4, with childcare provided for students enrolled in full-time and morning part-time classes.
