This online part-time program is for all newcomers (permanent residents and refugees) in any location in Alberta. This LINC program is for CLB 3 or CLB 4 & CLB 5. Students in the LINC program are provided with language training, settlement skills and assistance and orientation to the community and Canadian culture.
